ORDER
The present petition has been filed by complainant in Crl.M.P.No.303 of 2026, seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST(POA) Act, Pudukkottai for expeditious disposal of the complaint.
2. Perusal of the e-Dairy extract reveals that the complaint has not yet been disposed of awaiting the report from the respondent police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that on the next date of hearing, ie., on 16.10.2026, the second respondent would file the report.
4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST(POA) Act, Pudukkottai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.303 of 2026 on or before 30.10.2026.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
