ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the second accused in C.C.No.100 of 2026 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioner is alleged to have committed offence punishable under sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 125 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise. On 07.10.2026, the defacto complainant appeared before this Court and expressed his consent for quashing the charge sheet as against the petitioner/Accused No. 2.
3. Today, the victim, namely Karthick, is present in person before this Court and submits that he has consented to quashing the charge sheet as against the petitioner/Accused No. 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.100 of 2026, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti is hereby quashed as against the petitioner/Accused No.2 alone.
