ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A2, A3 and two other accused persons (rank not known) in Crime No.33 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.
2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Session Judge, (Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Madurai District, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.33 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
3. The petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 26.10.2026.
