ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 in C.C.No.154 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.
2. It could seen from the records from there are total 13 witnesses and it is listed on 29.10.2026.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to marshall L.W.1 to L.W.3, on the next date of hearing and marshall the other witnesses at regular intervals.
4.
