ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, the complaint was received as against the petitioner on 16.09.2026 and it was closed on 23.09.2026, on the ground that it is a civil dispute.
3. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any inquiry.
