ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in C.C.No.377 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhanagar, Virudhunagar District.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the death certificate has already been produced by the respondent police in May 2026, for verification of the same, it is being adjourned for the last three months.
3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhanagar, Virudhunagar District to dispose of the criminal case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
