ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the Accused No.3 in C.C.No.105 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioner is alleged to have committed offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 326, 506(ii) of IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet as against the petitioner herein.
3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioner herein.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.105 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai is hereby quashed only as against the petitioner/Accused No.3.
