ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the complainant in Crl.M.P.No.25021 of 2025, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.Il, Tiruchirappalli, to expeditiously dispose of the same.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 and an order came to be passed on 06.12.2025, treating the said application as a private complaint.
3. This order was put to challenge before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.592 2026, which was allowed on 03.09.2026, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.Il, Tiruchirappalli to pass fresh orders in Crl.M.P.No.25021 of 2025.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that Section 175(3) application is being adjourned for longer dates and the hearing is not being conducted despite advanced hearing petition been filed.
5. In the light of the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.Il, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.25021 of 2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
