ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter in PS 04/21 and is therefore being kept under watch and he is not being harassed.
