ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the Accused No.2 in STC.No.125 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, he is charged with the offences under section 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after full fledged trial, the petitioner was acquitted by order dated 17.09.2026.
