ORDER
When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the impugned order, delivery of the suit property has been effected and the possession of the same has been handed over to the 1st respondent/decree holder on 06.07.2026. It is also stated that recording the same, the execution petition was terminated as early as 09.07.2026.
