ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.09.2026, at request of both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.09.2026 as last chance, no further adjournment will be granted. Again the matter was listed on 22.09.2026. On 22.09.2026, again at request, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.10.2026. Once again the matter was listed today for argument.

2. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter and sought adjournment. Since the matter is of the year 2023, it is seen that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No RM
