ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the execution petition, an arrest warrant had been issued and batta had been paid for its execution. Since the petitioner had failed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2026 to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
