PRAYER: This Original Petition is filed under Section 3, 7 to 10 and 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act and Order XXI Rule 2 & 3 for appointment of Guardian, for the following reliefs:-
a) to grant the custody of the minor Children to the Petitioner. b) appoint the Petitioner as the Guardian of the person of minor son namely Dakshit Verma and the minor daughter Rithika Verma.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the parties bring to my notice that the parties being referred to the Mediation Centre, the parties have been successful in reaching the settlement agreement which has been reduced to writing on 25.09.2026. The original of the said agreement is placed before me for approval. It is signed by the parties as well as their respective Counsel, dated 25.09.2026.
