ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the

petitioner’s representation dated 28.02.2024 and 29.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent representations dated 28.02.2024 and 29.02.2024 for promotion and that such representations are still pending before the respondent.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider the petitioner’s representations according to its merits.
4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court would like to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 28.02.2024 and 29.02.2024 according to its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
