ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, Ms.U.Mrudubhashini, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a criminal appeal is pending against the order of conviction passed against the petitioner. Therefore, she seeks liberty to revive the petitioner's rights after the disposal of Criminal Appeal No.

406 of 2021, which is currently pending before this Court. She also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to revive the writ petition after the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
