3. The Petitioner would submit that the 3rd Respondent is supplying electricity to the hospital through Service Connection No. 092740064125. However, the electricity supply to the hospital has been erratic and unstable, with frequent voltage fluctuations and sudden surges, resulting in damage to electrical and medical equipment. On 10.09.2024, at about 6.00 p.m., such a sudden voltage surge caused damage to several electrical and medical equipment, particularly those installed in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and operation theatre.

4. The Petitioner would further submit that, despite bringing the incident to the notice of the 3rd Respondent, similar incidents recurred on 08.05.2025 and 05.06.2026, resulting in damages amounting to approximately Rs.22,00,000/- and Rs.17,00,000/-, respectively, towards repairs and restoration. The Petitioner would submit that the said incidents were also brought to the notice of the 3rd Respondent.

Aggrieved by the repeated incidents and the failure of the authorities to take effective corrective measures, the Petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.08.2026 to the 1st Respondent, seeking appropriate directions to prevent
