ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “directing the 1st respondent to reissuance petitioner’s passport bearing File No. MA2077444906426 in connection with the Show Cause Notice dated 29.09.2026 in the light of the reply dated 30.09.2026 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and thus render justice.”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Central Government Counsel appearing on behalf the 1st Respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of by the 1st Respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
