As against the order of suspension, the petitioner, a Clerk of Alangudi Mahajanam Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society Ltd., Trichy has filed this writ petition.
2. Today(09.10.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the disciplinary proceedings initiated as
WP(MD) No. 14485 of 2025 against this petitioner has been concluded and he has been dismissed from service.
