O R D E R
Challenging the order of transfer and the consequential relieving order, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2025.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition has granted an order of interim stay, by its order, dated 24.06.2025.
3. Today(09.10.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings, dated 09.10.2025 submits that the order of transfer has been revoked and they are not inclined to proceed further with the earlier order of transfer.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned order of transfer and the relieving order are hereby set aside. No costs.
