ORDER
The petitioner, an Assistant Headmaster at Government Higher Secondary School, Moolaikaraipatti, has been transferred to Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Ervadi, by the impugned order dated 17.06.2025. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
2. When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submit that, pending the Writ Petition, the order of transfer has been revoked and the petitioner has subsequently been promoted and posted accordingly. Therefore, they submit that nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. __________
