PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records related to Suspension Order No. 2428/SJ1/2025-1 dated 15.06.2025 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant all the service and monetary benefits for the suspension period within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension issued by the respondents as against the petitioner.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that pending this writ petition, departmental proceedings have been initiated and it ended with an order of punishment.
3. This court while entertaining this writ petition, has not passed any interim order and therefore, the respondents have proceeded with the departmental proceedings and also imposed punishment. Therefore, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
