ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner has come to this Court at the stage of notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act and this notice was issued on 11.02.2025. The petitioner has given his objections. It is needless to say that the third respondent will consider the petitioner's objections before passing final order under Section 6 of the Act.
