PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned communication in Administration/A4/10641/2025 dated 15.05.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner to a suitable branch and provide placement with complete desk work in view of the medical report dated 27.12.2017, 15.06.2018 and 04.10.2018 and with the same pay scale and with arrears of salary forthwith.

ORDER
The petitioner, who is working as a Driver in the respondent Transport Corporation, has filed this Writ Petition seeking alternative employment on medical grounds.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation, on instructions and based on the written communication received by him, submits that the petitioner has been provided with alternative duty involving cash and computer work at the Madurai City Branch.
