PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the impugned suspension order passed by the 3rd respondent through his proceedings vide R.C. No.7476/A2/2024, dated 09.09.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstated the petitioner into the service with all backwages and benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner a Teacher has been placed under suspension on certain grave charges, contemplating disciplinary proceedings. Challenging the order of suspension, this writ petition has been filed.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that subsequent to the order of suspension, charge memo was issued, enquiry was conduced, enquiry report dated 31.03.2026 was submitted based on which, 2nd show cause notice was issued by the disciplinary authority and the petitioner has also offered his explanation on 25.09.2026. However, final orders are to be passed by the disciplinary authority.

4. This court has considered the rival submissions made.
5. This court while entertaining this writ petition, has not granted any interim order. Now it is reported that pending this writ petition disciplinary proceedings was initiated however final orders are yet to be passed. Therefore, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the disciplinary proceedings without any further delay based on the timeline prescribed in GO.Ms.No.81, Human Resources (N) Management Department dated 04.08.2022.
