Order
The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 10526 of 2024 dated 06.03.2026.
2. By orders of this Court dated 01.09.2026, the selection process which has been set in motion by proceedings dated 13.07.2026, was kept in abeyance till 08.10.2026.

3. Today, it is informed that pursuant to a notification in the Tamil Daily, viz. Dhina Thanthi dated 24.09.2026, the interview is slated to be held on 15.10.2026. The petitioner has been called for an interview on 15.10.2026 by letter dated 05.10.2026. The said letter has been dispatched to the petitioner.
4. Therefore, considering the fact that the selection process has been recommenced and the orders of this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. The presence of the 3rd contemnor, who is present before this Court today, is dispensed with. It is needless to state that the selection process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
