ORDER
This present petition has been filed, seeking a direction as against this 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the FIR and the Final Report in Cr.No.146 of 2013.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, a copy of the affair has been provided to the learned council appearing for the petitioner. As far as the final report is concerned, it is submitted that it will be filed within a period of one week and the petitioner could get a copy from the Jurisdictional Court.
3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.146 of 2013, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and see that the final report is taken on file.
