ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Cr.No.134 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking a direction to quash the FIR.
2. According to learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police, in this case final report has already been filed on 09.08.2026 before the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.
3. In view of the subsequent events, preserving the right of the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are advised to do so, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
