ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Cr.No. 291 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram on 03.12.2025.
3. In such view of the subsequent events, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the final report if they are so advised. The first respondent is directed to see that the final report is taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
