ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A2, A3 in C.C. No.323 in 2020, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.
2. Perusal of the records revealed that the case is posted on 15.10.2026 for the appearance of LW1 to LW4 for their examination.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Eraniel and renumbered as CC No.187 of 2026.
4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to see that the list of witnesses are marshalled at regular intervals before the Court.
5. Considering the fact that there are 22 listed witnesses, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Eraniel to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
