ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the 2nd accused in Cr.No.157 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent seeking to quash the FIR.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramnadhapuram on 07.10.2017 and it is pending in Crl.M.P.No.3171 of 2023, since some of the accused persons were deleted. He further submits that the next date of hearing is 14.12.2026.
3. In view of the fact that final report has already been filed, preserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
