ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A3 in Cr.No.388 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21976 of 2026 on 29.09.2026 and he is ready to co-operate with the investigation and abide by the conditions imposed in the said bail order. However, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondents police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that they will strictly adhere to the provisions of BNSS in conducting the investigation and the petitioner would not be harassed.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
