ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in CC No.281 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the case is listed on 08.12.2026 for the examination of LW1 to LW5 and he is ready to co-operate for the trial.
3. Considering the fact totally there are 14 witnesses in the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
