ORDER
The present petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2025.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the complaint was registered in CSR.No.0032 of 2026 on 06.01.2026 and it was closed on 07.01.2026, directing both the parties to approach the competent Civil Court.
3. In such view of the matter, preserving the rights of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, the present criminal original petition stands disposed of.
