ORDER
Heard, Mr.R.V.R.Deenadayalan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Original Petition has been filed for grant of Letters of Administration of last Will and testament dated 16.09.1998, which is a registered Will and the Will has been marked as Ex.P1. The testatrix died on 18.07.2013 and the original death certificate has been marked as Ex.P13. A general paper publication has also been effected as directed by this Court and in compliance with the provisions of the Indian Succession Act.

One of the attesting witnesses, by name, A.V.Devarajan has been examined as P.W.2 and he has stated that he was acquainted with the testatrix for four decades and that he has signed the Will as the first attesting witness and that the testatrix was in a sound and disposing state of mind, memory and understanding at the time of execution of Ex.P1, Will. He has also stated that the Will was executed in his presence and in the presence of the other attesting witness by name, K.Manivel. P.W.2 has also identified the signature of the testatrix, as well as his signature in Ex.P1, Will. I am satisfied that the evidence of P.W.1 and P.W.2 comply with the mandate of Section 63(c) of the Indian Succession Act r/w Section 67 of BSA (Section 68 of the Indian Evidence Act). In the light of the above, I am inclined to grant Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners, as prayed for.

4. In fine,
(i) This Original Petition is ordered and the Letters of Administration, having effect throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, shall be issued in favour of the petitioners, with the Will dated 16.09.1998, annexed;
(ii) The petitioners are directed to duly administer the properties and credits of the deceased more fully described in the suit schedule;
(iii) The petitioners shall execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S- II), High Court, Madras;
(iv) The petitioners are further directed to make a full and true inventory of the property and credits of the deceased testatrix, C.Chandreswari, to be made and the same be exhibited before this Court, within six months from the date of grant of Letters of Administration to them and also to render a true account of the property and credits of the testatrix, within one year from the date of obtaining the grant; and
(v) Considering the relationship between the parties, there shall be no order as to costs.
