ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings na / ka No. / 2022 / el (M) dated 12.05.2022.
2. On 25.09.2026, Registry was directed to list the matter on 28.09.2026 under the caption ‘for Non-prosecution’. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, there is no purpose in keeping the matter pending without any progress.
