ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to take action as per the proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 42581/2013 Sa. Pa. 2 dated 26.12.2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was listed on 07.10.2026, this Court has passed the following order:- “Learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to get instructions as to the present stage of 2013 letter. At her request, post on 08.10.2026.”
4. Based upon the above order, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in pursuance of the 2013 proceedings, they have conducted the enquiry under Section 81 of the Co-operative Societies Act and thereafter, they have initiated surcharge proceedings under Section 84 of the Co-operative Societies Act. Against the surcharge proceedings, the petitioner has preferred a CMA and the respondent has also initiated disciplinary proceedings against Srinivasan, Secretary, Arumugam, Anbarasu, Salesmen.

5. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the firm view that there is a substantial compliance of the letter dated 26.12.2013. Furthermore, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition after a period of ten years. Hence, this Court does not find any grounds to issue a Mandamus.
