ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 12.05.2022 pursuant to the directions issued by the 1st respondent in his letter Na.Ka.No. 021772/G2/2019 dated 04.03.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint on 25.04.2022. Now, his grievances is in respect of the Directorate of Elementary education letter in Na.Ka.No. 021772/G2/2019 dated 25.04.2022 to bring it to its eligible conclusion.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents would bring the letter dated 25.04.2022 to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time.

However, the learned standing counsel appearing for the for 4th respondent submitted that the petitioner has no locus standi to seek such maintenance and further submitted that the petitioner is closely related to the 4th respondent. Only to probe into it, the 4th respondent on account of personal

animosity, has filed the present writ petition.

In such view of above submission, this Court is of the firm view that, with regard to the petitioner’s representation dated 25.05.2022 to the 2nd respondent, this Court does not want to issue any Mandamus. Prima facie, this Court finds a certain private dispute between the 1st petitioner and the 4th respondent and that the petitioner has raised such issues only during 2019, after four years of his retirement. However, it appears that the 1st respondent has already initiated certain proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 021772/G2/2019 dated 25.04.2022. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader also seeks reasonable time to bring it to the logical conclusion. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to bring Na.Ka.No. 021772 /G2/2019 dated 25.04.2022 to its logical conclusion according to its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 08-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No SHL
