Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the Respondent relating to the impugned Notice for Auction of Immovable/Movable Property issued in Form GST DRC-17 dated 02.09.2026, bearing Reference Number of Recovery 33BLEPD2009J2ZM, together with the consequential Public Auction Sale Notice dated 22.09.2026, proposing to sell the Petitioner’s residential plots bearing Plot Nos.164 and 170, each measuring 2,400 square feet and together measuring 4,800 square feet, situated at Prashanthi Nagar, Etchur Village, Kancheepuram District, comprised in Survey No.790/9, by e-auction on 06.10.2026 between 12.00 Noon and 4.00 P.M and quash the same.
