ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.07.2026, this Court directed respondents 4 and 5 as well as their legal heirs not to encumber the property in any manner until the disposal of the writ petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the fourth respondent had instituted a suit on the file of the District Court, Thanjavur adding the fifth respondent as a party to the suit.
3. Since the fourth respondent had already initiated suit proceedings in respect of the property covered under the patta, the order impugned herein shall be kept in abeyance till the disposal of the civil __________
