ORDER
The petitioner, seeking retirement benefits, has submitted a representation dated 23.05.2025 and also filed this writ petition, seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, an order of recovery has been passed on 15.07.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition before this Court in W.P. (MD)No.25117 of 2026. Therefore, the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, by referring to the proceedings dated 05.10.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of the proceedings dated 05.10.2026 is placed
WP(MD) No. 15729 of 2025 before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 05.10.2026 in the manner known to law. No costs.
