ORDER
The petitioner, seeking retirement benefits, has submitted a representation dated 24.03.2026 and also filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, by referring to proceedings dated 05.10.2026, submits that the petitioner’s representation has been considered and rejected by proceedings dated 05.10.2026. A copy of the proceedings dated 05.10.2026 is placed before this Court and also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
