ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner’s grievance is that in survey No.982/1, Vilvamarathupatti Village, there are encroachments.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that survey No.982/1 has been classified as street and that there are no encroachments therein at present. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner herein file contempt petition if this submission turns out to be incorrect. No costs.
