ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/7895/2025 (Ni.Seer) dated 25.09.2025 relating to the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025 and pass final orders.

2. Heard Mr.R.Paranjothi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Siva Thilakar, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6.
3. It is seen that pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025, enquiry proceedings were initiated by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/7895/2025 (Ni.Seer) dated 25.09.2025. Since already proceedings had been initiated pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to bring the proceedings that had already been initiated to its logical conclusion, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned. The said exercised shall be carried out within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
