ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to survey her land in Survey No.613/18 in Sathurvedhamangalam Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District and fix the boundaries by considering her survey appeal application dated 20.08.2026 in Application No.20260820047235 and consequently direct the Respondent No.7 to provide police protection for fencing the above said property.
2. Heard Dr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.I.Murugesan, learned counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) for the seventh respondent.
3. Notices on the private respondents viz., 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 have been served. Notice on the tenth respondent returned with an endorsement 'no such addressee'.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the third respondent had directed the sixth respondent to conduct a survey of the subject property pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner and notice had also been issued for surveying the property on 13.10.2026.
