ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner is a resident of Nallammalpuram. Her grievance is that the authorities have put up the drainage canal in such a manner that the level of the road has been raised considerably. As a result, the petitioner is unable to use the same.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a ramp has been provided.

4. The petitioner has still some issue regarding its gradient. We direct the local body / jurisdictional Block Development Officer to carry out such tinkering work so that the petitioner is able to exercise her right of passage over the street in question.
