ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to
4.
2. The petitioner is a resident of Maravankudiyiruppu. She alleges that the fifth respondent had committed encroachment on the petition mentioned pathway. The petitioner had already given representation dated 11.09.2026.

3. The third respondent is the authority competent to take action in the matter. We direct the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation expeditiously. If the third respondent feels that a prima facie case has been made out, he shall issue notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 to the fifth respondent and after giving an opportunity to her, conclude the proceedings within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
