ORDER
W.M.P.(MD)No.22007 of 2026, filed seeking permission for the petitioners to file a single writ petition, is ordered accordingly.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
4. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of MANDAMUS direct to 2nd respondent to consider the online Application Number 2026/103/13/038416 dated 01.08.2026 and subsequent representation sent to respondents dated 28.08.2026.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's online Application No.2026/103/13/038416 dated 01.08.2026 and the subsequent
WP(MD) No. 29030 of 2026 representation dated 28.08.2026, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other parties concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
