ORDER
The petitioner, an Assistant Revenue Officer, has been placed under suspension by order dated 29.05.2025. Seeking revocation of the suspension order, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated
WP(MD) No. 29034 of 2025 04.09.2025 and also filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he has been allowed to retire from service and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
