2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioners appeal /representation dated 30.02.2024.
4. Considering the petitioner's appeal has been pending before the 2nd respondent since 2024, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 30.02.2024 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other parties concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
